It's not a regular topic of conversation in "polite" society, but sometimes it feels good to have them heard, however bright or bittersweet. Join a circle where you can draw, write and speak about someone you feel deserves to be spoken of, and toast them together. (This session has therapeutic elements but is not a formal therapy session.)
